Application for Leading an After School Online Session

If you have an idea for a discussion, or would like to lead an After School Online session or series of sessions, please submit a proposal through this web form, or contact us via email.

We will contact you via email (please be sure to include your email address!) to discuss your idea, and if you are applying to lead a session we will give you more information on how to prepare and how we will support you during your presentation. Please fill out as much of the form as you can.

Proposal Requirements

  1. Propose a topic.
  2. Write a paragraph on each of at least 3 aspects of your proposed topics that you will cover in your discussion. Include relevant citations, and URL's of sites pertaining to your topic. Also include whether this will be a one time session or a continuing discussion each week or each month.
  3. Submit an overview of your session. Include what the goal of your session is - what teachers will learn by attending your session.
  4. Write an introduction of yourself to use in your After School Online Session. Important information includes:
    Your name
    Your occupation (e.g., teacher, researcher, principal, etc.)
    Your qualifications for leading this session.
